There were two parts to earthquake.  First was noise like trees brushing against house then short movement that jostled the house.  The time between parts was about one second.  The second part lasted about 1.5 seconds.

It was very shakey. Lots of shaking back and forth. The intensity grew quickly and then lingered for a moment. Actually made me consider getting out of bed. I typically don't mind earthquakes but this one had me worried.

My birds was hitting the cage so hard in the dark, I was worried at the second I woke up from bed and felt my bed was shaking too the same time my birds woke me up. Was scared but not things settle down and they went back to perch again from cage floor, thanks my birds help me no matter I feel it myself or not.
