There was a sound like a dull sound like a truck driving past and a rumble effect that felt like it was "in me" or as if the couch was being momentarily juddered. I stood up, unsure whether I was imagining it and then I felt a slight vibration/bounce effect as if I had walked lightly onto a small exercise trampoline. My apartment is on the top floor of a building and the inter-floor slab must have been moving a little. The experience passed within about 10-15 seconds; no lasting, visible, or other damage.
