My black lab was startled & tried to run out of her chain& collar as we were finishing up our walk. I thought maybe more than a 4.0, we had a lot of quakes here in Oklahoma this year just wondering if there will bea big one bigger than this. I thought this was it but only 4.0 there will be a bigger one or mor. I hope not
