A blackout started before I felt the earthquake's effect. A weird strong noise also started few instants before it.

We were on the 3rd floor when the earthquake struck. It was preceded by a weird, very loud & scary noise and  then came the power outage and the heavy shaking started. Plaster was falling from the walls as we were running down the stairs. It felt much stronger than a 4.3 to me. I have experienced earthquakes before.

Nous avons ressenti une secousse. Nous sommes à l'hôtel du port d'Ischia. Tout le monde est sorti dans la rue. En revanche nous observons une montée du niveau de la mer dans le port qui atteint le niveau du quai qui a été éclaboussé.
