Awakened to bed trembling and mirrors and pictures on the walls shaking.  Lasted about ten seconds or so.

It was very eerie.  Had a loud, distinct sound and I felt and heard the house shake and creak.  Right after was a dead silence, like that of the silence prior to a tornado hitting.

Heard a low rumble that got louder and could feel it surge from one end of house to my location at opposite end.  The floor was vibrating strongly under my feet all the windows rattled throughout entire house.   I could feel a strong movement under me as I sat on edge of bed and could still hear it rumbling from house.
