We could hear the sound of it coming like thunder and wind, then the whole house started to vibrate with the ground underneath us rumbling , like underground thunder. We could feel it going under the house. My house is on wheels and seismic proof. It's prefabricated. As soon as we run towards the front door to escape outside, the quake stopped. My 2 dogs, usually know when a storm us coming, 10 mins before, and run under my bed to hide. However, it was strange that the dogs stayed in their beds and didn't move. It did wake them up but they didn't show any signs of stress, nor did they move out of their beds. Very strange.

Started as a rumbling like a tractor in the road. We thought maybe it was the dogs running up the stairs next to our window, but then the rumbling continued, and I thought it was probably a mild earthquake. Then!
